  • 2 medium potatoes (2 c., cubed)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 medium carrot (1/2 c. diced)
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
