Fish Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. water or chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. fish fillet (cod, whiting or your choice), cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 pkg. frozen succotash
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until browned.

2Add 1 cup water and potatoes.

3Boil gently about 10 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.

4Add fish and succotash and cook 5 minutes, until fish flakes and vegetables are tender.

5Stir in milk, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper.

6Heat to serving temperature.
