- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
- 2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cut fish into 2-inch squares.

2In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil.

4Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
