- 1 lb. haddock
- 1/4 lb. salt pork
- 1 medium onion
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 qt. milk
Directions

1Slice the salt pork and fry until brown.

2Remove and discard slices and in fat, brown onion.

3In the water in which the fish has been boiled for 5 minutes, pick over and remove any bones. Boil 2 diced potatoes until soft.

4Add fish and milk; salt and pepper to taste.

5Thicken when hot with 2 tablespoons of flour, moistened in water.
