  • 10 medium-sized potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 fillet of haddock or pollock, cut in pieces
  • water (to cover potatoes)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Cook potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup margarine and haddock or pollock in water until potatoes and fish are nearly done.

    Then add milk and 1/4 cup margarine.

    Simmer until done.
