- salt pork
- 2 small onions
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. hot water (fish stock)
- 2 to 3 lb. fish
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut salt pork into 1/2-inch pieces.

2Fry pork until golden brown.

3Remove pork.

4Dice and fry onions in remaining pork grease.

5Boil potatoes.

6Cut into cubes.

7Boil fish.

8Remove skin and bones.

9Keep 2 cups of water from boiled fish.

10Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
