  • 1 onion large
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 8 hake medallions
  • salt
  • 1 tomato very ripe
  • 1/2 glass white wine
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • fresh coriander

Directions

    Place the sliced onion and garlic cloves in a large saucepan, sprinkle with olive oil and turn on the heat. When the onion starts to brown, add the hake medallions, season with a little salt, and cover with tomato pieces. Sprinkle with white wine, cover the saucepan, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Warm the milk in the microwave. Add the curry to the warm milk, and mix until the curry dissolves completely. After the 10 minutes, turn the medallions over, and add the milk with the curry. Simmer for 10 more minutes.

    Sprinkle with fresh coriander, and serve.
