  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 2 chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 can salmon, drained (may take off any bone and/or skin)
  • 1 large baked potato
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 egg

Directions

    In large mixing bowl, mash potato and slightly crush the onion and chili peppers into it.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

    Make small patties and deep fry both sides in oil.

    It is ready to serve when both sides are golden brown.
