- 2 chili peppers, chopped
- 1 can salmon, drained (may take off any bone and/or skin)
- 1 large baked potato
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 egg
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, mash potato and slightly crush the onion and chili peppers into it.

2Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

3Make small patties and deep fry both sides in oil.

4It is ready to serve when both sides are golden brown.
