Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen lima beans
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillets (haddock, perch, cod)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed tomato soup
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil.

2Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and frozen lima beans.

3After water returns to boiling point, simmer 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Separate defrosted fish fillet and arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, lemon juice and thyme.

7Stir tomato soup into hot lima beans, then pour this mixture over fish.

8Cover and bake in hot 400°

9oven for 30 minutes.
