  • 2 slice pollack fillet or any fish
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 deseeded red chili pepper
  • 1 deseeded green chili pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 2 cup cooked white rice

    COOK RICE

    Cook rice as usual then fluff up rice and set aside

    PAN FRIED FISH

    With oil pan fried pollack fish till lightly brown and crispy then drain and set aside

    FISH FRIED RICE

    With oil ad beaten eggs with red and green chili pepper then add cooked white rice and light soy sauce
  7. 7
    Stir fry to mix then add fried fish and add seasoning and stir fry till all mix well
