- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. carrots, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon-herb seasoning
Directions

1Mix the sardines, egg and bread crumbs together.

2Add the rest of the ingredients and form into flat cakes and brown on each side in a nonstick skillet coated with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

3Makes 12 small or 6 large cakes.
