  • 6 c. fish, boiled
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic pepper
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Use large bass filets. Boil in cajun crab shrimp seasoning till flakes apart. Cool and mash up.

    Add all ingredients and squish up. Needs to be consistency to form into balls (slightly smaller than golf ball).

    Drop fritters into 350° deep fryer.

    Fry till golden brown.
