- 2 1/2 can (No. 2) peaches
- 1 can pears
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can pineapple
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Drain fruit and put in baking dish. Melt butter and sugar. Add curry powder and 1/2 of apricot or pineapple juice. Pour over fruit and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
