- 4 basa fillets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- mushroom
- broccoli
- carrot
- beans
- corn
- garlic, amount desired (fresh or minced)
- mixed fresh herbs
- salt & pepper
- soy sauce (optional)
Directions

1Cook the rice as desired.

2while Rice is cooking Cut 4 pieces of Aluminum Foil (enough to wrap the fish, Rice & Vegetable).

3Place 1 piece of fillet on each piece of the foil.

4Coat the fillets with Garlic & herbs.

5Place equally divided rice on top of the fish pieces.

6Top with Thinly slices or finely chopped Vegetables

7Wrap the meal securing well.

8Bake at 180 for 20 - 30 minutes checking once at 15 minutes.

9Fish is ready when white all the way through and the veggies are cooked.
