Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells

  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. light Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 16 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

    Fill each shell with heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Top with spaghetti sauce.

    Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes until thoroughly heated.
