- 1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. light Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 16 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

3Fill each shell with heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Top with spaghetti sauce.

5Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes until thoroughly heated.
