- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos
- 3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 stick margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cheese; pour into baking dish. Bake at 400° for one hour.

2Remove from oven; top with cheese. Return to oven and allow cheese to brown.

3(I add one small can tomato paste for more taste.)

4Simple to make and is a very tasty dish.
