Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni, about 1/2 a 1 lb. package
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups cheese, grated
- 6 ounces plain yogurt
- 12 cup frozen peas
- 12 cup frozen corn
- 6 ounces tuna in vegetable oil, slightly drained
- 12 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 12 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- 12 teaspoon dill (to taste)
- 1 (6 ounce) package cornbread stuffing mix
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 1 23 cups hot water
Directions

1Prepare noodles as directed on packaging, using an extra large pot.

2Drain pasta and return it to the pot.

3In a seperate bowl combine stuffing, butter and water, set aside.

4Add everything except the stuffing, to the noodles and mix.

5Then spoon into a cassarole dish.

6Top with stuffing.

7Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.

8Use broil for 2 minutes more, to brown the stuffung.
