  • 6 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Wash and scrub each potato; dry with a paper towel.

    Cut each potato into eight wedges; arrange peel side down in a shallow baking pan.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients and brush over potatoes.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender.

    Brush occasionally with mixture.
