Ingredients: 400 g seafood marinara mix*; 1 carrot, grated; 1 tomato, chopped; 100 g mushrooms, sliced; 5 cream potatoes; 1 1/2 c greek yogurt; 50 g butter; 1 large egg; 4 tsp dijon mustard; 1/4 tsp chili powder; 1/2 c goat's cheese, crumbled (or grated cheddar); 1/2 tsp cumin; salt & pepper to taste; *Alternately you could use 400-500 g of any white fish or salmon.
