Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2/3 c. beer
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 1 lb. haddock, scrod or ocean perch fillets, cut in 1-inch cubes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a large bowl, mix flour, mustard and pepper.

3Whisk in the beer and Worcestershire sauce.

4Stir in the cheese.

5Add the haddock, tossing well to coat; pour all into a well greased 9-inch pie pan.

6Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.

7Uncover and bake another 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and fish is cooked through.

8Ladle the rarebit over whole wheat toast or brown rice.
