- 1 lb. halibut, cod or salmon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. anchovy paste
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- milk to moisten crumbs
- paprika
Directions

1Boil fish; let cool.

2Separate in small pieces; add bread crumbs and well-beaten eggs.

3Mix well.

4Place in well-buttered ring mold.

5Steam 1 1/2 hours, or until firm.

6Serve with cream sauce; cover with hard-boiled eggs put through a ricer.

7Use green peas in center of ring.

8To prevent odor of fish while cooking, squeeze lemon juice on both sides of fish.

9Wrap in wax paper; let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
