Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. small shrimp, cooked
- 1/2 lb. small scallops, cooked
- 1/2 lb. crab meat (or imitation pollack)
- 1 can sardines (in olive oil), drain off oil
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (fat-free)
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1/2 c. roasted red peppers
Directions

1Put all seafood into a bowl.

2Chop celery, onions, green pepper and roasted red peppers finely.

3Put into same bowl; mix thoroughly with fish and all spices.

4Add mayonnaise.

5If 2 tablespoons is not enough, add until you have consistency you want.

6Serve over crisp romaine lettuce.
