- 1 tsp. onion juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. medium white sauce
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. flaked cooked fish
Directions

1Add onion juice, salt and pepper with white sauce.

2Stir in beaten egg yolks and add flaked fish.

3Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

4Pour into greased baking dish.

5Place in pan of hot water.

6Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 60 minutes. Serve from same dish.
