- 2 large onions, diced
- 2 large (No. 303) cans tomatoes
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1/2 bottle catsup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sherry wine
- Tabasco (optional)
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Cook diced bacon and onion until sauteed.

2Add tomatoes and potatoes; cook 15 minutes.

3Add other ingredients; simmer until done.

4Fish stock can be used for water.
