Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. chopped bacon
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. fish, cut up
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp or scallops, cleaned

Directions

    In frying pan or wok, fry bacon.

    Add onions and peppers and cook until onions are transparent.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium until fish is done, approximately 15 minutes.

    Can be served as is or over pasta.
