- 1/4 lb. chopped bacon
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. fish, cut up
- 1/2 lb. shrimp or scallops, cleaned
Directions

1In frying pan or wok, fry bacon.

2Add onions and peppers and cook until onions are transparent.

3Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium until fish is done, approximately 15 minutes.

4Can be served as is or over pasta.
