- 2 -4 lbs fish
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- to taste paprika, thyme, pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, rosemary
