- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 c. white wine or vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 28 oz. can plum tomatoes drained and roughly chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 lb. firm fleshed fish, such as cod or monkfish, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp peeled and deveined
Directions

1In a large nonstick pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
