- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup marsala
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 125 g butter, melted
Directions

1Spray a 20cm round cake tin with cooking spray and line with non-stick baking paper.

2Preheat oven to 180 C / 350°F.

3Place all ingredients into bowl of electric mixer.

4Beat on slow until everything is combined, then increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes.

5Pour into tin.

6Bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
