- 1 T olive oil
- 1 onion--chopped
- 1/2 lb small shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 can tuna drained and flaked
- 1 can great northern beans rinsed and drained
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t creole seasoning (I used Emeril's)
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t basil
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, saute onion in olive oil until tender (about 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and simmer 8-10 minutes (until shrimp are pink)
