  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 onion--chopped
  • 1/2 lb small shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 can tuna drained and flaked
  • 1 can great northern beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/2 t creole seasoning (I used Emeril's)
  • 1 t oregano
  • 1 t basil

    In a medium saucepan, saute onion in olive oil until tender (about 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and simmer 8-10 minutes (until shrimp are pink)
