- fish fillet or nuggets
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In large skillet, combine oil and butter. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, crushed red pepper, fish and lemon juice.

2Cook on medium to low heat until fish is tender.

3Then add soy sauce. Serves 6.
