Ingredients

  • fish fillet or nuggets
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In large skillet, combine oil and butter. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, crushed red pepper, fish and lemon juice.

    Cook on medium to low heat until fish is tender.

    Then add soy sauce. Serves 6.
