Fish (Striper) Casserole

  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 Tbsp. pure lemon juice
  • 2 lb. whitefish or boneless fillet of fish such as striped bass

Directions

    Saute the onions and celery in the olive oil.

    Line a baking dish with the onions and celery.

    Mix a box of Stove Top stuffing as directed.

    Put a thin layer of dressing over onions and celery. Next, you put a layer of fish, a layer of dressing and keep building with fish and dressing, making the last layer or top dressing.

    Sprinkle lemon juice on top.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
