- 1 lb. fish fillets (sole, halibut, haddock or cod)
- pepper
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or fresh shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cheese sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- lemon wedges
- parsley sprigs
Directions

1Thaw fish enough to separate.

2Arrange in a buttered Pyrex baking dish, sprinkle fish with pepper and dot with the butter. Mix the shrimp in the cheese sauce.

3Spread over fish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

4Bake at 400° for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.

5Serve with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs. Makes 4 servings.
