- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. grated bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/6 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. prune juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. prune pulp
- 2 eggs
- grated lemon rind
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients.

2Remove the stones from the cooked prunes and force the pulp through a sieve.

3Add lemon juice and prune pulp.

4Stir in dry ingredients. Add yolks of eggs, beaten until light and lemon colored.

5Fold in whites beaten until stiff.

6Turn into greased baking dish and bake in a slow oven. Set baking dish in pan of water.
