Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless white fish, cut into cubes
  • 1 None lime, juiced
  • 1 None dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • None None cooking oil spray
  • 8 None flour tortillas
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 2 None tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 None red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 oz fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

    Combine fish and lime juice in a bowl. Add a dash of Tabasco, if using. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on high. Cook fish 3-5 mins, until opaque and just cooked through.

    Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to package instructions and lay on a platter.

    Spoon fish, lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro leaves in separate small bowls and serve with tortillas.
