- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh lemongrass
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 piece (1/3-inch) ginger, grated
- 4 None fish steaks, such as swordfish or tuna (6-7 oz each)

Directions

1For the Thai dressing, place all ingredients except fish in a medium bowl; mix well.
