- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna or chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 (5 3/4 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 c. chopped celery
- crushed potato chips (optional)
Directions

1Mix first six ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 9-inch casserole.

2Cover generously with crushed potato chips and let stand for at least 30 minutes.

3Bake about 45 minutes at 350°. Serves six.
