  • 1 lb. vermicelli spaghetti
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
  • 5 oz. smokey Cheddar, shredded (or 1 additional c. sharp Cheddar)
  • 1 qt. milk
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper

    Cook and drain spaghetti.

    Mix cheeses together in bowl. Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Sprinkle garlic, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce on bottom of dish.

    Make 3 layers of spaghetti, salt and pepper, paprika, cheese and dot with butter. Pour milk over all.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes, stir from bottom, recover with foil, return to oven for 20 minutes.

    Stir and bake 15 minutes.
