  • 2 c. frozen coconut
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix coconut, sugar and sour cream together and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Bake cake according to directions.

    Let cool and slice into 4 thin layers.

    Spread icing on layers.

    Slice on fifth day, if you can wait that long.
