  • 2 lb. cubed stew beef
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Brown meat. Cut the vegetables into large bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients.
