Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat or round steak, cut up
  • potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • carrots, peeled and thick sliced
  • onions, sliced
  • celery, sliced
  • 1 c. green beans (blunt cut), drained
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca

Directions

    Layer all ingredients, except tapioca, in Dutch oven.

    Start with meat first.

    Smear soup over top.

    Sprinkle tapioca on top. Do not stir or mix.

    Cover; bake at 250° for 5 hours.
