  • 1 large can or fresh fruit
  • 1 small box jello
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Blend water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick and clear. Add jello.

    Let cool.

    Pour over strained fruit (if in can) in pie shell.

    Add Cool Whip, if desired.
