- 3 lb. beef stew meat
- 4 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 3 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 1 to 2 large onions, quartered
- 1 can large tomatoes
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 large potatoes, quartered
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in roaster pan and cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours.

2You can also put in slow cooker or in Dutch oven on stove at 300° for 5 hours.

3Serves with biscuits or rolls.
