  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 or 3 large potatoes, cut in quarters
  • 5 carrots, cut in pieces
  • 3 onions, halved
  • 1 c. celery, cut up
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. tapioca
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Stir all together to distribute tapioca. Cover and cook in 250° oven at least 5 hours. May be cooked at 300° for 4 hours. Do not peek!
