  • favorite seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, basil, parsley
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 4 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 qt. stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. tapioca, sprinkled over all

    The evening before dredge stew meat in flour and brown in Dutch oven.
