  • 6 medium potatoes, cut in eighths
  • 1 lb. ground beef (raw)
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions

    Butte a deep baking dish, then put the ingredients into it in the following order:

    potatoes, ground beef, sliced onions, uncooked rice and tomatoes.

    Season each layer.

    Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300°.
