Five Minute Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. Ziploc bag
  • 1 gal. Ziploc bag
  • 6 Tbsp. table salt

Directions

    Pour milk, sugar and vanilla in Ziploc bag.

    Zip bag tightly and place bag inside a gallon Ziploc bag.
  3. 3
    Put ice cubes around the bag until bag with milk is well covered.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle table salt over ice.
  5. 5
    Zip bag tightly.

    Wrap a towel around the bag and take turns shaking bag gently for 5 minutes.

    Remove small bag and rinse well under cold water to remove any salt water that may be on the bag.

    Serve, eat, enjoy.....great with a chocolate chip cookie.
