- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- generous dash of wine
- 1 can bean and bacon soup, undiluted
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasonings
Directions

1In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2Add the garlic and onion.

3Cook for 3 minutes, reduce heat and add the undiluted bean and bacon soup.

4Stir to mix well, then add the can of stewed tomatoes, wine and Italian seasonings.

5Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Serve with tossed green salad and crusty French bread.

7Serves 2.
