- 1/4 c. vegetable juice blend (such as V-8)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. five-spice powder
- 1 lb. red snapper fillets
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except red snapper fillets.

2In a preheated broiler, place fish on a broiler pan.

3Brush or spoon a little of the five-spice mixture over fillets.

4Turn and do the same to the underside.

5Broil fish 6 inches from source of heat, basting with sauce occasionally during the 15 to 20 minute cooking time.

6Do not turn fish.
