- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 egg yolks
- juice of 2 lemons (some grated rind, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions

1Cream sugar, margarine and egg yolks.

2Add lemon juice, flour and milk.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into batter.

5Bake in 6-inch square Pyrex dish which is placed in shallow pan filled with about 1/2-inch water.

6Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
