Ingredients

  • 8 c. water
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 16 c. assorted fruit juices (Key lime, grapefruit, carambola, Barbados, cherry, grape, etc.)
  • 3 gal. water (48 c.)
  • 1 gal. ice (16 c.)

Directions

    Cook sugar and water (8 cups) in a large pot until all sugar is dissolved; cool.

    Strain fruit juice and combine with sugar mixture in large container.

    Add water and ice just before serving.

    Makes 6 gallons.

    May divide recipe by 8, 4 or 2.
